Grounding Pumpkin Protein Bars

These delicious bars are great to have around post workout or as a healthy snack. This recipe contains brown rice protein powder and almond flour which provide a great source of protein, while the sweet and denser pumpkin and spices helps to make these bars more satiating and grounding for the airy Vata types.

Notes:

You can store these in a container in the fridge for 5-6 days.

You can substitute the honey for your favorite sweetener such as maple syrup, date syrup, or stevia liquid.

If you don’t have almond flour you can replace it with another 1/2 cup of brown rice protein powder, your own protein powder, or oat flour.
