About the event
Delve deep into yourself during the full moon in February with the heart opening medicine of ceremonial grade cacao and a sound journey. Full moon days are a time to take inventory within our lives and look at what needs to be expressed in order to foster growth and illumination. Come join and be led into deep relaxation and gain a deeper understanding of who you are.

What you’ll need to bring: water, notebook and pen, pillow, and blanket (if you’d like).
The day of the event: Please make sure to stay hydrated before, during, and afterward. Avoid eating anything heavy. Have something light to eat 1-2 hours beforehand.
